Vereeniging, 7:30 - 4, R6,500-00 to R12,000-00 (Basic salary) and KPI commission

The company operates within the industrial supply sector, focusing on bolts and chemicals. Its operations include managing financial and administrative requirements across four different company entities.

The Role: Junior Finance Administrator

The purpose of this role is to handle cashbook entries, bank reconciliations, and invoicing to support the broader finance department. It contributes to the business by ensuring accurate record-keeping for multiple companies and providing backup support for debtors, creditors, and payroll functions. The main focus areas are financial data processing in Syspro and Pastel and general administrative maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

Perform cashbook entries on Syspro as part of the bank reconciliation process while applying previous experience.
Process and reconcile accounts from bank statements using Pastel for four companies.
Generate rental, water, and electricity invoicing for specific company accounts.
Prepare non-stock creditors reconciliation sheets for payment purposes.
Manage petty cash and complete monthly reconciliations.
Support human resources and payroll departments with assigned tasks and filing.
Assist debtors and creditors administrators with their duties during their absence.
Coordinate general correspondence and participate in annual audits.

About You

Minimum Matric qualification.
Prior experience in a finance or administrative environment.
Knowledge of Syspro and Pastel software.
Ability to manage filing, label printing, and file preparation.
