A leading waste management Company is seeking the services of an entry level Organisational Development and Learning Systems Specialist to assist with its operations in the Germiston Area.

Role Overview

The Organisational Development and Learning Systems Specialist will be primarily responsible for creating programs to support organisation development of key and critical positions in the company. This  role is ideal for a professional who thrives at the intersection of systems and strategy; someone who can drive data-informed decisions while embedding learning and development within our organisational culture.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Administering and optimising our Learning Management System (LMS) for accurate reporting and smooth user experience
• Generating dashboards to measure learning effectiveness, compliance, and behaviour change
• Supporting OD programmes focused on employee engagement, change enablement, and leadership development
• Coordinating feedback tools like engagement surveys and diagnostics
• Assisting with system and platform integrations for learning initiatives
• Supporting internal campaigns that build a strong learning and values-driven culture
• Collaborating with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to align learning systems and OD initiatives with business needs

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• A Bachelor’s degree in Organisational Psychology, HR, Information Systems, or a related field
• 3–5 years’ experience in OD or LMS/data-focused learning roles (preferably both)
• Working knowledge of Moodle, SAP Litmos, or SuccessFactors
• Strong skills in Excel or Power BI for reporting and data interpretation
• Understanding of organisational behaviour, leadership development, and employee engagement
