Training Assistant Co-Ordinator

SUMMARY:
A leading waste management company is seeking the services of a Training Assistant Co-Ordinator to assist with its operations in the Germiston Area. The incumbent will be responsible for supporting the Training Co-Ordinator in executing impactful learning interventions across our national footprint.

Role Overview

The Assistant Training Co-ordinator will be primarily responsible for supporting the training co-ordinator in executing impactful learning interventions across our national footprint.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with booking and scheduling of internal and external training
• Maintain training records (registers, certificates, invoices)
• Follow up on training payments and vendor documentation
• Provide support for WSP/ATR submissions to SETA
• Help coordinate learnerships and internships
• Support venue setup, refreshments, and learner communications
• Assist with BEE audit and SETA compliance administration

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Certificate or National Diploma in HR, Education, or Training & Development
• 1–3 years'' experience in a training coordination or admin support role
• Strong admin and organisational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
• Experience with LMS and SETA reporting is a plus
