An innovative and unique sports betting business are looking for a data focused Online Retention Manager (Sports Betting) to join their team in Johannesburg. You will be in charge of end-to-end retention, including implementing, monitoring and reporting. Does this job seem perfect for you? Keep reading!

Your key job responsibilities as the Online Retention Manager (Sports Betting) in Johannesburg will require you to use data to put together a robust retention-based marketing strategy across a wide range of channels. You will look to get the best out of current players and develop ways to optimise players throughout their lifecycle. Using data, you will improve retention metrics and generate and develop reports in order to assist the business with growth.

For this Online Retention Manager (Sports Betting) job in Johannesburg, you will need to understand how crucial data is in a marketing capacity. They’re looking for a seasoned retention expert who has worked across a wide range of different campaigns. You must come from an iGaming background and have a passion for sports betting. They prefer someone who us strong across excel and ideally have an understanding of SQL and exposure to UX and UI concepts.
