POSITION INFO:

Position Summary

B2K is looking for a customer-focused and results driven Internal Sales Representative – Key Accounts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and managing key customer accounts, building strong customer relationships, preparing and following up on quotations, processing orders, identifying sales opportunities and ensuring a high level of service to strategic customers.

The role works closely with External Sales, Supply Chain and Warehouse teams to ensure product availability, accurate order processing and timely delivery of bearings and related industrial products.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary internal contact for key customers regarding product availability, pricing, quotations and order updates.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Prepare accurate quotations for bearings, seals, power transmission components and related products.
• Follow up on quotations and convert opportunities into sales.
• Negotiate pricing within approved margins and company guidelines.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Process customer orders accurately on the Cockpit system.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and Warehouse teams regarding product availability and delivery schedules.
• Monitor backorders and proactively communicate updates to customers.
• Provide basic technical guidance on bearing selection, specifications and applications.
• Assist customers with product substitutions, equivalents and alternatives where required.
• Liaise with suppliers and technical departments regarding complex customer enquiries.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries via email, telephone and online systems.
• Resolve customer complaints, delivery issues and discrepancies efficiently.
• Assist with customer-specific stock agreements and consignment stock where applicable.
• Ensure pricing accuracy on the Cockpit system and escalate discrepancies when required.
• Follow up on special orders, imported items and non-stock products.
• Provide customers with technical datasheets, catalogues and product specifications.
• Support External Sales Representatives with customer purchasing trends and sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years'''' internal sales experience, preferably within the bearings, power transmission or industrial components environment.
• Knowledge of bearing types, applications and industrial supply chains.
• Knowledge of bearings, seals, lubrication products and power transmission components.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant B2K systems.
• Experience managing multiple key accounts and deadlines.
