POSITION INFO:
Your Role

This role offers a great opportunity to run an active office and manage overall practice administration. You will work closely with a supportive team of healthcare professionals and support staff. Job Description

Handle patient bookings, cancellations, and daily calendar management for practitioners.

Assist with basic bookkeeping, including managing debtors and creditors.

Coordinate office maintenance and keep equipment working smoothly.

Supervise support staff and maintain front-desk administrative workflows.

Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve office complaints.

Manage practice supplies and place orders with suppliers.

Keep daily office operations running smoothly and efficiently.

What You Need to Apply

High School Diploma / Matric certificate.

Proven experience in office management or general admin roles.

Basic bookkeeping skills to manage debtors and creditors.

Good organizational skills and great attention to detail.

Strong communication skills and a positive, helpful attitude.
