Requirement:

A minimum Grade 12 / Matric / NQF level 4 Qualification.
A minimum of 2 years' experience in Secretarial, Reception, and Office Management.

Responsibilities:

Welcome visitors upon arrival, notify the appropriate stakeholders, and direct the visitor to the correct meeting room.
Maintain the electronic reservations system to ensure that all bookings are captured.
Take action to resolve double bookings when they occur.
Identify catering, printing, and other requirements as per the booking form and communicate with in-house support services.
Check all rooms daily to ensure proper standards are adhered to and maintain sufficient stock of stationery.
Answer telephone calls and redirect them accordingly.
Arrange a shuttle service for visitors if required.
