Job Title: Accountants & Office Administrator

Area: Florida Park, Johannesburg, Gauteng

Salary: R15,000 - R16,000 per month (depending on experience)

Position Type: Full time

Reporting to: Managing Director

Purpose of the Position

To provide comprehensive administrative, procurement, accounts, stock control, fleet, plant, and project administration support to ensure the efficient operation of the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, coordinating suppliers, monitoring project progress, managing procurement processes, and supporting management with timely reporting and administration.

Duties:

• Procurement & Purchase Order Administration

• Stock Control & Inventory Management

• Plant & Equipment Administration

• Fleet Management and Diesel Administration

• Accounts and Banking Administration

• Wages & Subcontractor Administration

• Project and Tender Administration

• General Office Administration

• Attending management and project meetings

• Preparing and distributing reports

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in office administration

• Experience using Pastel Accounting

• Procurement and Purchase Order experience

• Stock control expertise

• Strong skills in accounts administration and accounting

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Supplier management experience

Familiarity with the following:

• Construction industry practices and standards
