OFFICE ASSISTANT – PERMANENT POSITION

📍 Durban South, KwaZulu-Natal

We are currently seeking a professional, organised, and hardworking Office Assistant to join our growing team in Durban South on a permanent basis.

Minimum Requirements:

- Age between 18 – 47 years

- Grade 12 / Matric certificate

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel & Email)

- Strong administrative and organisational abilities

- Ability to work under pressure and independently

- Previous office or administrative experience will be advantageous

Key Responsibilities:

- Handling office administration and filing

- Answering calls and responding to emails

- Assisting with data capturing and document management

- Coordinating office activities and schedules

- Maintaining a professional office environment

- Assisting management with daily operational tasks
