This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with sales teams, managing stock, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Open and close the office daily (morning and afternoon procedures)
• Assist Sales Representatives with processing and preparing outgoing orders
• Manage stock control and maintain accurate stock records
• Prepare and maintain reports
• Provide general sales and administrative support
• Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations

Requirements:

• Fluent in Afrikaans and English
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel if required
• Available to start as soon as possible
