SUMMARY:
Pinetown. An opportunity exists for a competent and organised Administrator with excellent administration skills to join a well-established company in the Manufacturing sector.

POSITION INFO:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing efficient administrative support and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day office functions.

Responsibilities:

Answering and directing telephone calls
Preparing and processing invoices
Processing quotes and orders
Ordering office supplies
Managing petty cash
Booking vehicle services
Assisting with general administrative duties as required

Requirements:

Matric
Relevant administration experience
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Pastel experience will be an advantage
Good communication skills and attention to detail
