POSITION INFO:
REQUIREMENTS

Matric, or related qualification
3 years’ experience in administration
Good communication skills for liaising with suppliers and clients
Excellent verbal and written communication in English. Afrikaans will be preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience with Canva is a bonus
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
High level of attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and deadlines
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn

DUTIES
Order Management

Place orders with various suppliers via email and CRM program
Acknowledge and confirm receipt of orders with clients
Record order details in the Daily Order list, including delivery dates and reference numbers
Verify orders for accuracy (correct supplier, MOQ, pricing) and inform clients
Follow up on delivery dates and update clients accordingly
Send reminders to clients regarding amended purchase orders
Track pending orders, address delivery delays, and provide client updates

Advertising & General Admin

Create advertisements for various suppliers and clients
Organise and maintain Shared Drive filing systems
Arrange courier services as needed
Assist with other ad hoc administrative tasks

Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience
