National Retail Manager- KZN

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The core focus of this position is retail management- overseeing the retail business administration and retail teams nationally. This includes stock control, sales targets and marketing plan rollouts to all stores. You will be responsible for the communication and overall management of expense budgets and reporting, and finding ways to improve processes and controls to save costs while motivating a team and driving the division.

Requirements:

A degree-level business management/ administration degree
At least 5 years of experience in HR/ people management
A proven track record in a retail management environment
Project management experience preferred
Computer literacy- very strong in Excel, POS and other accounting-type programmes
A leader with proven communication skills
Strong numeracy and ability to pay good attention to detail
Able to think quickly and act effectively in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver's license and willing to travel nationally as required (primarily Jo'burg, Durban and Cape Town)
