JOB DESCRIPTION:

National HR Manager R45000 -R60000 Neg + R3500.00 Medical Aid Allowance / East Rand

Must have a degree or Diploma in HR, proven track record in Industrial Relations (Disciplinary Actions, Retrenchments & Litigation). Performance management, succession planning and workforce/human resource planning whilst managing Human Resources services for the company. The HR Managerw will lead all HR practices and objectives. Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with colleagues to ensure all HR duties arre undertaken in accordance with the BCEA, LRA, MIBCO, CCMA, SARS etc. Manager all recruitment.

Computer literate on Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
