Multimodal Export Controller
R20 000 – R25 000 per month Location: Kempton Park
Hominum Solutions, on behalf of our client based in Kempton Park, is seeking a driven Multimodal Export Controller to join their dynamic logistics team. If you have hands-on experience with CargoWise and a solid background in coordinating both air and sea freight exports, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end export processes across air and sea freight channels
• Operate and maintain accurate shipment records in CargoWise
• Prepare and review export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading
• Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and overseas agents to ensure timely and compliant shipments
• Monitor export schedules, track bookings, and resolve any delays or discrepancies
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and internal quality standards

• Minimum 2 years’ export coordination experience in a multimodal environment
• Proven proficiency in CargoWise export modules
• Strong understanding of air and sea freight procedures, Incoterms, and customs regulations
• Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Effective communication skills for stakeholder engagement, both internally and externally
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments simultaneously
