JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, and responsible Bookings Clerk for an upmarket motor dealership. This position involves extensive customer and workshop liaison, lots of multitasking, accurate administration (written and numerical) and a high level of service excellence. You will be required to book in vehicles, complete job cards, manage schedules, arrange customer transport, and ensure efficient flow in the department. It is highly advantageous if you have some motor dealership experience and some knowledge of Kerridge or come from a highly customer focussed background.

You will need the following documents and experience to apply.

Copy of Driver’s License
Matric Certificate
Names and contact numbers for at least 2 References
2 + Years of Warranty Clerk experience in a busy franchised motor dealership
Working knowledge of a Motor Dealership Management System (Evolve, Drive etc.)
