Basic Salary: R11,500 per month + uncapped commission

An exciting opportunity is available for experienced New and Used Vehicle Sales Executives to join established motor-industry operations in Roodepoort and Strand.

We are looking for energetic, outgoing and sales-driven individuals who understand the motor industry, communicate professionally and have the ability to confidently build relationships, prospect for new business and close deals.

This is a performance-driven environment offering uncapped earning potential for candidates who are motivated to achieve and exceed their sales targets.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric / Grade 12
• Previous motor industry vehicle sales experience is essential
• Valid driver’s licence
• Proven sales and deal-closing ability
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems
• Strong prospecting and customer relationship-building skills
• Target-driven, outgoing and vibrant personality
• Professional manner and presentation
• Ability to work independently and consistently achieve sales targets

Key Responsibilities

• Sell new and/or used vehicles
• Achieve a minimum target of 8 vehicle sales per month
• Work toward a minimum of approximately 2 completed deals per week
• Generate and prospect for new business
• Load approximately 30 new contacts daily
• Arrange and conduct customer test drives
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers
• Maintain accurate customer information and activity on the CRM system
• Participate in mall displays and other promotional activities
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Negotiate effectively and close vehicle sales
• Meet individual and team sales and gross profit targets

Remuneration & Benefits

• Basic salary: R11,500 per month
• Uncapped commission, based on units sold and gross profit

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 07:30 – 18:00
• Public Holidays: 09:00 – 15:00
• Saturdays and Sundays worked on a roster basis
