Medical Receptionist / Administrator Assistant required at a dynamic Psychology and Psychometrics Practice in Claremont.
We are looking for a competent, qualified person with at least 3 years’ experience in administration, to work alongside the Practice Receptionist to ensure the smooth running of the practice.
Must be able to function independently with strong accountability trait
Work experience or background in a medical or secretarial environment is preferred.
Qualities/ Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a medical reception/administrative role.
Must take initiative.
Ourstanding command of English (written and spoken).
Excellent computer skills.
Ability to handle a fast-paced environment.
Good at prioritizing and multitasking.
Committed to the job with a “Can do” attitude.
Shortlisted candidates will undergo a comprehensive psychometric assessment as part of the interview process.
PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE HOURS
Hours: Monday, Tuesday & Friday 08:00 – 17:00 (with 1hr lunch)
Wednesday & Thursday 10.30 – 19.30 (1hr lunch)
3 x Saturdays per month – 08:00 – 17:00 (subject to appointment bookings)
Monday, following the Saturday worked, will be an off day
Public holidays to work on an adhoc basis.
Must be available during times of emergencies and for any other reason for telephonic check-ins.

Flexibility of time is essential as it is a Psychology Clinic.
Preference will be given to candidates who can start immediately.
