POSITION INFO:

Our client is seeking an experienced Marketing and Business Development Coordinator to support its business development, marketing and work-acquisition activities.

The successful candidate will coordinate reporting, communications, events, sponsorships and related administrative activities. This position requires a proactive and confident individual who can work across multiple teams, follow up on actions and ensure that marketing and business development initiatives are delivered professionally and on time.

• Maintain business development trackers and coordinate inputs from relevant employees.
• Monitor deadlines, planned activities and reporting requirements.
• Maintain records of opportunities, memberships, sponsorships, conferences, marketing expenditure and related commitments.
• Track requests for quotations, proposals and opportunity pipelines.
• Research potential business opportunities, industry events, sponsorships, partnerships and suitable platforms.
• Coordinate external marketing activities and maintain consistent professional messaging.
• Assist with website, LinkedIn and other social media content.
• Develop content covering services, projects, vacancies, technical offerings, employee achievements and events.
• Coordinate internal communications and marketing initiatives that support employee engagement.
• Arrange conferences, exhibitions, sponsorships and participation in industry events.
• Coordinate corporate clothing, banners, branded items and promotional material.
• Liaise with suppliers, service providers, industry bodies and internal stakeholders.
• Track marketing budgets and assist with basic procurement coordination.

• Relevant qualification in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least five years’ experience in marketing coordination, business development support or a similar position.
• Experience within professional services, consulting, engineering, technical services or a business-to-business environment would be advantageous.
• This is an intermediate- to senior-level coordination position and is not an entry-level administrative role.
