Salary: R20 000 – R34 000 per month, based on experience

Position Overview

Our client, based in Rosslyn, Pretoria, is seeking a driven and commercially minded Marketing Executive with a minimum of 3 years'' marketing experience who is ready to take the next step in their career.

The successful candidate will play an active role in marketing initiatives while gaining increased exposure to client relationships, new business opportunities and strategic growth, with the opportunity to work towards becoming a Business Developer within the organisation.

This position would suit someone who enjoys combining marketing with client interaction and has a strong interest in sales, business growth and relationship development.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing initiatives that support business growth.
- Identify potential new business opportunities and assist with expanding the client base.
- Conduct market and competitor research and analysis.
- Generate and follow up on prospective sales leads.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Prepare quotations, proposals and sales presentations.
- Attend client meetings, exhibitions and networking events.
- Work closely with the Business Development team on sales and growth initiatives.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service.
- Develop a strong understanding of the company''s products, services and manufacturing processes.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor''s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Commerce or a related qualification essential.
3 years'' marketing experience essential.
Experience in digital marketing, brand, product or B2B marketing advantageous.
Valid driver''s licence and own reliable vehicle essential.
Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong organisational and relationship-building abilities.
Commercially minded with an interest in sales and business growth.
Confident, proactive and self-motivated.
Ability to identify opportunities and develop professional client relationships.
Ambitious with a desire to progress into Business Development.
