About the Role

As a Digital Experience & Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for developing and optimising Austell’s digital ecosystem to maximise consumer engagement, discoverability and marketing performance.

You will act as the organisation’s specialist in digital platforms, SEO, website optimisation, analytics and marketing technology, partnering with Brand Managers to improve the effectiveness of consumer marketing initiatives through data-driven insights, technical excellence and continuous optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Austell’s digital ecosystem strategy across consumer brands
• Manage and optimise consumer brand websites and landing pages
• Improve website usability, speed, mobile responsiveness and overall digital customer experience
• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and search rankings
• Optimise content for traditional search as well as emerging AI-powered search and answer engines (AEO/GEO)
• Analyse website, campaign and consumer behaviour data to identify optimisation opportunities
• Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and reporting frameworks
• Deliver actionable digital insights and recommendations to Brand Managers and Marketing Leadership
• Monitor digital performance, optimise user journeys and improve conversion rates
• Conduct A/B testing and support ongoing campaign optimisation
• Manage Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console and reporting platforms
• Ensure accurate campaign tracking, attribution, UTM governance and conversion tracking
• Maintain digital governance, quality standards, privacy and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, Content, Design, IT, Regulatory and external digital agencies

Minimum Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Information Systems, Computer Science or Business
• Google Analytics Certification advantageous
• Google Ads Certification advantageous
• SEO or Digital Marketing certifications advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing, website management, SEO or analytics
• Proven experience managing websites and digital platforms
• Strong experience in digital analytics and reporting
• Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console and Looker Studio
• Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress or equivalent
• Consumer Health, Healthcare or FMCG experience advantageous
