SUMMARY:

An established organisation is seeking an experienced Marketing Strategist to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, lead generation and business growth.

The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on marketing capability and have strong experience in B2C marketing, digital campaigns, customer insights and brand management.

POSITION INFO:

Duties & Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Plan and execute integrated B2C and lead-generation campaigns.
Manage brand positioning, messaging and customer communications.
Develop digital campaigns across social media, search, website and email.
Conduct market, competitor and customer research.
Develop customer segmentation and targeting strategies.
Manage campaigns from briefing through to implementation and reporting.
Partner with sales teams to improve lead generation and conversion.
Identify customer retention, cross-selling and referral opportunities.
Develop community marketing, sponsorship and activation initiatives.
Monitor marketing KPIs, including leads, conversions, cost per lead and ROI.
Manage marketing suppliers, budgets and campaign timelines.

Minimum Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, Brand Management or a related field.
5+ years' marketing experience, preferably within a B2C environment.
Proven experience in marketing strategy and campaign management.
Strong digital and social media marketing knowledge.
Experience in lead generation, customer segmentation and market research.
Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Commercially minded and results-driven.
Experience within insurance, financial services, funeral services, retail, FMCG, telecommunications or other consumer-focused industries would be advantageous.
