WJ 19587 - Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for someone who can create content, tell our story, grow our audience, increase our PR presence and help turn digital visibility into real business opportunities.

THE OPPORTUNITY

You will take ownership of much of our digital content and social media presence across platforms including:

• Facebook
• Instagram
• TikTok
• LinkedIn
• YouTube and video content
• Website content
• Digital PR
• Online campaigns
• Recruitment and employer-branding content

You will be expected to bring ideas, energy and creativity to the role and help position the company as a modern, relevant and highly visible recruitment brand.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Content & Social Media

• Develop and manage a regular social media content calendar.
• Create engaging posts, graphics, reels and short-form videos.
• Develop TikTok, Instagram Reels and other video content.
• Photograph and film content where appropriate.
• Identify current social-media trends and find ways to use them appropriately for the recruitment industry.
• Grow engagement, followers and overall digital reach.

Digital PR & Brand Building

• Find opportunities to get the company and its people into relevant online media, industry publications, podcasts and other platforms.
• Develop stories and content that are genuinely newsworthy and interesting.
• Build relationships with relevant media and digital influencers. – We don’t do this
• Promote our 43-year history, expertise and credibility while presenting the company as a forward-thinking recruitment business.

Business Development Through Digital

• Develop campaigns that support the company’s recruitment consultants and business-development objectives.
• Help generate enquiries and new business opportunities through digital channels.
• Track what content and campaigns actually produce results.
• Work closely with management and recruitment consultants to turn company expertise into compelling content.

Video & Creative

• Be comfortable appearing behind or, where appropriate, in front of the camera.
• Shoot and edit short videos for social media.
• Turn ideas, interviews, staff activities, recruitment trends and industry topics into engaging digital content.
• Bring fresh ideas rather than simply repeating traditional corporate marketing.
