An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Marketing Manager / Brand Manager - Healthcare to join an innovative, fast-growing business in the health and wellness industry. Ideally bringing 3+ years' marketing experience, strong agency / supplier management skills, and a background in health, wellness, nutrition or FMCG, this role is perfect for a commercially minded marketer who thrives on strategy, accountability and growth.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a clear marketing strategy aligned to business objectives
Build and manage annual / quarterly marketing calendars around launches, campaigns and key trading periods
Manage the marketing budget, track spend and monitor performance
Take ownership of relationships with external agencies and suppliers, including briefing, KPIs, deadlines and performance
Coordinate multiple suppliers and ensure consistent strategic direction across all marketing activity
Monitor key marketing KPIs including customer acquisition, retention and revenue contribution
Consolidate marketing reports into clear, actionable commercial insights for the business owner
Coordinate campaigns and product launches, ensuring all suppliers are aligned on timelines, budgets and deliverables

Requirements

3+ years' marketing experience, ideally client-side, with direct experience managing external agencies or suppliers
Proven experience managing external agencies and suppliers
Experience in health, wellness, nutrition or FMCG highly advantageous
Working knowledge of paid media, social media, email / CRM, content and website marketing
Strong commercial and strategic thinking with a results-driven approach
Excellent communication skills with the ability to turn marketing data into clear business decisions
Highly organised, autonomous and confident working directly with a business owner
