A respected and progressive hospitality group is seeking to appoint a Marketing Coordinator to join their Head Office team, supporting marketing and storytelling activity across multiple hospitality properties.

This opportunity is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career marketing professional looking to build practical experience within hospitality marketing, digital content, guest experience and brand storytelling in a fast-moving, operational environment.

This is a highly hands-on role, suited to someone who enjoys being present within the day-to-day life of a hospitality environment rather than working purely behind a desk. Must be comfortable capturing short-form video and behind-the-scenes content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with content planning and coordination across multiple hospitality properties.
• Support social media, campaign preparation and digital marketing activity.
• Capture photography and short-form video content across guest experiences, food & beverage, wellness offerings and seasonal activations.
• Identify and gather operational storytelling, imagery and content opportunities across the properties.
• Support external photographers, videographers, influencers and content creators during shoots, campaigns and hosted stays.
• Assist in preparing presentations, campaign decks, trade support materials and other brand collateral where required.
• Support guest experience activations, media visits, partnership collaborations and hosted site visits.
• Maintain awareness of operational happenings, seasonal highlights and guest experience opportunities that support broader marketing and sales activity.
• Assist in maintaining a steady flow of fresh, relevant and usable content into the marketing pipeline.
• Work flexibly around operational activity, shoots and events where required.

Requirements:

• Qualification in Marketing, Digital Media, Hospitality, Communications or a related field.
• Internship, hospitality or content-related experience advantageous.
• Strong interest in digital marketing, hospitality storytelling and social media.
• Comfortable capturing short-form video and behind-the-scenes content.
• Photography, video editing or content creation skills advantageous.
• Familiarity with social media and digital content platforms.
• Strong planning, organisational and communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a proactive, adaptable and solutions-driven mindset.
• Willingness to learn, take initiative and contribute within a dynamic hospitality environment.
