Marketing Co-Ordinator

This leading importer and distributor of premium grade cleaning solutions and products would like to appoint a Marketing Coordinator at their HQ in Cape Town.

You will be a creative thinker that thrives on working with software applications across social media platforms, campaigns, print, mailing/combination of all these areas. Be a collaborator with all internal departments to maximise flow of information and own a sound understanding of the Customer and range of Product offering and Target Markets.

Brains storming creative ideas that aligns with the Company’s Vision and research evolving trends within the market that will have a positive impact on profitable revenue growth.

Minimum requirements:

• Grade 12 with a completed and Degree in Marketing or Digital Marketing or related
• 3 years’ experience within a similar role
• Presentation of Portfolio with examples of work done, including timelines and actual results achieved
• Computer literate in MS Office Suite | Coral Draw | Mailchimp | Hootsuite | Tidio | CorelDRAW 2017 | SAP (Advantageous)
• Social Media Expert in Facebook Business Manager, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn
• Strategic Capability: Big picture thinking & understanding - medium and long term
• Sound knowledge of advertising and media industry (above, below the line and digital media platforms)
• Effective, inclusive Communicator with strong presentation skills
• Own reliable Vehicle and valid driver’s licence

Key Performance Areas:

• Manage and oversee 3^rd Party Teams pertaining to Website, Tidio and SEO
• Monitor and manage all Social media and Digital Marketing platforms to increase brand awareness and create and drive creative marketing campaigns
• Design: brief in marketing design concepts, creation of annual company catalogue, assist with company product designs (Shadow Board) using CorelDRAW 2017
• Create, execute and implement Marketing Campaigns and ensure to stay within Marketing Budget
• Ensure continual update and Company Corporate Identity
• Coordinate all Expo’s, Events, Conferences and Workshops from start to finish
• PR Assessing: Plan and coordinate with industry publications to advertise or increase awareness though memberships/associations
• Brand Marketing Material and Collateral: Packaging, Marketing Product Samples, Business cards , branded staff uniforms, branded stock, logos and product brochures to channel partners
• Adhoc: collaborate with sales team, create 1 Pager Product leaflets for distribution to clients and create up to date display screens within sales environment.
• Associations and Charities: manage ongoing industry association invites and existing memberships to ensure relevant
