SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join a dynamic team in Durban South. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys social media, content creation, design, campaigns and building brand visibility.

POSITION INFO:

THE ROLE

You will play a key role in developing and executing marketing initiatives that strengthen the brand, engage customers and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns to build brand awareness
Create engaging content for social media, newsletters and the company website
Manage and grow the company's social media presence across multiple platforms
Design and update marketing collateral, including catalogues, brochures and promotional specials
Develop lead-generation initiatives and support lead nurturing activities
Plan and coordinate exhibitions, trade shows and other marketing events
Prepare newsletters and other customer communications
Monitor marketing trends and identify opportunities to improve engagement and brand visibility
Ensure all marketing content and materials are accurate, consistent and aligned with the brand

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

3–5 years' experience in a marketing role, either agency or in-house
Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in relevant design software
Proven experience managing social media platforms and creating engaging content
Experience with content creation across digital and print channels
Good understanding of current marketing trends and best practices
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Highly computer literate and comfortable learning new systems and tools
Strong organisational and project coordination skills
