Marketing & Design Coordinator

SUMMARY:
We are looking for a creative and versatile Marketing & Design Coordinator to join a dynamic organisation operating across multiple companies and brands.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone with a strong combination of graphic design and marketing experience. The successful candidate will work across multiple brands and projects, coordinating marketing materials and digital assets while ensuring consistency across each brand.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant tertiary qualification in Graphic Design or Marketing
• At least 1 year of relevant post-university work experience.
• Experience within an advertising, marketing, or design agency will be advantageous.
• Strong graphic design and marketing experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Practical experience with WordPress and/or Wix, including the ability to design and build pages, rather than only update existing content.
• A strong portfolio/Portfolio of Evidence demonstrating previous design, marketing, digital and website work.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work across multiple projects, companies and brands simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and an ability to maintain brand consistency.
• A proactive, creative and hands-on approach.
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines and prioritise multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative designs and marketing materials across multiple brands and businesses.
• Design and build pages using WordPress and/or Wix.
• Create presentations, brochures, advertisements, flyers, reports and other marketing collateral.
• Coordinate marketing events, activations, functions and promotional activities.
• Coordinate vehicle branding, signage, displays, promotional items and other physical branding projects, including liaising with suppliers, arranging artwork and obtaining quotations.
• Assist with maintaining and developing brand identities across multiple businesses, ensuring all creative work aligns with relevant brand guidelines.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and develop effective creative solutions.
• Coordinate marketing and design projects from concept through to completion, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise competing deadlines.
• Contribute fresh ideas and creative concepts to marketing initiatives across the group.
