SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Divisional Manager: Infrastructure, will be responsible for managing the IT Infrastructure function and IT business services ensuring the highest levels of system and infrastructure availability for the company

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties

Management of the Group’s IT Operations system to ensure efficient
Formulating the IT technical services policies and
Providing support and consultancy service to IT Management on IT
Strategic Planning
Manage budget and IT capital requirement.
Managing
Preparing and managing the project plans.
Documents and Implement testing
Managing customer
Managing human

Minimum Requirements

A Degree or Diploma in Information Technology/Computer Science
ITIL Certification
Cloud Certification will be advantageous
Management Certification will be advantageous
Project Management Certification will be advantageous
At least Five (5) years’ experience in similar environment
Technical experience of computers, Blade systems, LAN/WAN and desktop systems
Knowledge of IDFC infrastructure will be advantageous
