POSITION INFO:

A well-established dental practice in Randburg, Johannesburg is seeking an experienced and professional Dental Receptionist to join their team. The ideal candidate will be well-organised, patient-focused, and confident working in a busy dental or medical practice environment.

Ideal Starting Date: ASAP

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a receptionist in a dental or medical practice
• Experience using Solumed Pro is highly advantageous
• Experience with similar systems such as GoodX will also be considered
• Strong administrative, communication, and organisational skills
• Professional, friendly, and well-presented
• Able to manage appointments, patient queries, and front-desk duties efficiently
• Preferably residing in Johannesburg, close to Randburg
• Own reliable vehicle with a valid, up-to-date driver’s licence

Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 07:30 – 17:00
• Fridays: 07:30 – 16:00
• Saturdays: 08:00 – 16:00 (every alternate weekend)

Salary: Salary is dependent on relevant experience and will be discussed during the interview.
