SUMMARY:
Fixed Term Contract:
A well-established business within the technical services and projects environment is seeking a highly organised and detail-orientated Logistics & Operations Coordinator to join their team.
This role offers a broad operational function combining logistics coordination, project administration, invoicing, procurement support, client communication, and operational reporting.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

5+ years’ experience within logistics, operations, supply chain, freight, projects, or service coordination
Strong administration and organisational ability
Experience with invoicing, supplier coordination, reconciliations, and reporting
Exposure to shipment tracking, procurement, dispatch, scheduling, or project coordination
Strong client communication and follow-up skills
Highly proficient on Excel and ERP/operational systems
Ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment

Duties Include:

Coordinating operational jobs and project workflows
Tracking shipments, deliveries, technicians, and supplier timelines
Managing invoicing, reconciliations, COD payments, and debtor follow-ups
Preparing operational and profitability reports
Handling procurement and supplier coordination
Managing client communication and scheduling
Assisting with general operations administration and compliance documentation
