About the Role

As Logistics Administrator, you will support the Johannesburg branch with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. The role includes invoicing, handling customer documentation, assisting with customs paperwork, managing petty cash, and liaising with the Namibia office. This position is ideal for someone who is adaptable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with invoicing and basic financial administration
• Follow up on outstanding customer documentation
• Handle customs-related paperwork and supporting admin
• Manage petty cash and maintain accurate records
• Liaise with the Namibia office regarding operational and administrative matters
• Support day-to-day branch administration and logistics coordination
• Maintain organised filing and document management systems
• Assist with general operational support where required
