A beautiful riverside boutique resort is looking for a LODGE MANAGER / ADMIN MANAGER COUPLE to join their team

POSITION INFO:
This opportunity offers a Management Couple the chance to oversee a dynamic lodge operation. The Lodge Manager will take charge of overall operations, guest experience, and team leadership, while the Admin Manager will focus on reservations, reception, FOH staff management, and administrative control. Together, they will work to ensure seamless coverage, support each other and maintain high standards across all departments. The couple’s role will be to uphold service quality, and drive operational excellence in a vibrant, evolving hospitality environment.

Core Criteria:

Experienced Lodge Manager with strong operational oversight and leadership skills.
Admin Manager with proven ability in reservations, reception, FOH staff management, and administrative control.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage diverse teams.
Previous lodge or hospitality management experience essential.
Valid driver’s license(s).

Candidate Responsibilities:

Oversee daily lodge operations, guest services, and staff supervision.
Manage reservations, reception, and administrative functions.
Handle procurement and orders, ensuring smooth supply chain and cost control.
Monitor FOH standards, guest satisfaction, and team performance.
Collaborate with Head Chef on F&B oversight (standards, wastage, service quality).
Ensure operational continuity during leave cycles.
Maintain high standards of hospitality, service, and operational efficiency.

This is a live-in position with a newly built 2âbedroom manager’s house with river view
