Our client, a Retail Property Specialist, is looking to employ a Lease Administrator to join their team in Pretoria East. We are looking for your experience in leasing administration for retail properties.
 
The Lease Administrator will be required to have a Valid Driver's License and own reliable transport. We are looking for your experience with Lease Administration, working knowledge of lease processes, FICA, and credit vetting.
 
We’re looking for a detail-driven individual with a passion for leasing with a strong focus on customer service.

POSITION INFO:
Qualification and experience requirements:

• Matric with a relevant Business Degree.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience as a Lease Administrator.
• Work experience in Retail Property Management with a Retail Shopping Centre.
• Knowledge of lease processes, FICA, and credit vetting.
• We are looking for a collaborative team player with a hands-on approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Must have exceptional organisational and communication skills.
• We are looking for strong administrative skills with advanced proficiency in MS Word, MS Outlook, and MS Excel.

• Prepare and format lease proposals and agreements.
• Conduct FICA and credit checks.
• Audit and review lease documentation.
• Assemble landlord packs and maintain admin systems.
• Support the Leasing Manager in daily operations.
