Location: Germiston, Johannesburg

Salary: R20,000 per month

About the Role We are looking for a highly motivated, target-driven sales professional to join our growing team in Germiston. To find the right fit for our dynamic environment, we are open to two distinct candidate profiles for this opportunity: a fully qualified Experienced Short-Term Insurance Salesperson or a tenacious Lead Generator / Business Developer ready to open doors.

Whether you are an industry veteran ready to close commercial deals or a cold-calling expert skilled at building pipelines, we want to hear from you.

Lead Generator / Business Development Candidate

Ideal for a relentless prospector and strong salesperson who excels at the front end of the sales cycle. No prior insurance experience or qualifications are required for this pathway.

Key Responsibilities:

Focus primarily on prospecting and "opening doors" for the brokerage.
Identify potential corporate and commercial clients.
Execute high-volume cold calling and strategic networking.
Generate qualified leads and secure introductory appointments for our advisory team to take forward.

Requirements:

Demonstrated experience in sales, lead generation, or high-volume cold calling.
Exceptional ability to bypass gatekeepers and secure meetings with decision-makers.
A hunter mentality with a high degree of resilience.

General Requirements (Applicable to Both Profiles)

Bilingual Proficiency: Must be fully fluent in both English and Afrikaans (written and spoken).
Location: Based in or able to easily commute to Germiston, Johannesburg.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Target-driven with a self-starting attitude.
