Junior Warehouse Administrator

SUMMARY:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Warehouse Administrator to join our logistics team. In this role, you will assist in managing inventory, processing orders, and ensuring efficient warehouse operations. You will play a key role in supporting the team to optimize warehouse functionality and contribute to seamless supply chain processes.

Qualifications and or Experience:

• Matric Certificate (with maths literacy minimum).
• Additional administrative related courses/qualifications will be advantage.
• 1+ year of experience in a warehouse, logistics or administrative role
• handling heavy parts
• Technical knowledge of parts to be able to assist with return for credits
• Basic knowledge of warehouse procedures and inventory management systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong attention to details and organizational skills
• Good communication skills and team orientated attitude
• Ability to work in a fast paced, physically active environment

• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records through regular stock checks and updates in the inventory management system
• Process incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to company protocols
• Support the team in tracking product movement within the warehouse and ensuring optimal storage practices
• Help coordinate with vendors and logistics partners to facilitate timely deliveries
• Participate in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Collaborate with team members to prepare reports and analyze inventory data to inform decision-making
