Job Title: Junior Buyer/Estimator
Location: Boksburg North, Gauteng
Salary: Up to R20,000 per month
Start Date: ASAP

Company Overview:
Our client, based in Boksburg North, is a well-established supplier specializing in fasteners including nuts, bolts, screws, and related hardware. With a strong reputation in the industry, they are seeking a motivated Junior Buyer/Estimator to join their team and support their growing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with purchasing and procurement of fasteners and related products
Source and compare quotes from suppliers to ensure competitive pricing
Prepare accurate cost estimates for customer inquiries and projects
Maintain relationships with existing suppliers and identify new sourcing opportunities
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouse for timely replenishment
Work closely with the sales and operations teams to meet client requirements
Ensure documentation and records are up to date and compliant

Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12) is essential; relevant tertiary qualification advantageous
Previous experience in procurement, estimating, or stock control (preferably in hardware/fasteners)
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
Good communication and negotiation skills
Computer literacy, especially Excel and email correspondence
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
