IT Administrator (IT Wrangler)

SUMMARY:
Are you a hands-on IT Administrator ready to take ownership of your domain? Our client is looking for someone to bring energy, expertise, and a thick skin to a dynamic, warehouse-meets-office environment based in Johannesburg with occasional travel between sites in Gauteng.

POSITION INFO:

Providing 1st and 2nd line support across the business
Handling day-to-day troubleshooting using Freshworks ticketing system
Acting as the go-to IT support at their office, with full autonomy to run things your way
Liaising with a tech-savvy warehouse team who aren't shy to challenge you, so confidence and strong

Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in a warehouse-based business environment would be a win
Windows Environment Experience
A confident, calm presence; you’ll need to be approachable, resilient, and solution-focused
A passion for tech, teamwork, and getting things done

Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
