About the Role

You’ll oversee and guide a team of outbound sales agents, ensuring they generate quality leads, handle objections effectively, and deliver on sales targets. You’ll help shape skills development, maintain discipline, and inspire a culture of teamwork and success.

What You’ll Do

• Manage lead generation, warming, and optimisation

• Supervise agent performance and call compliance

• Identify training needs and coach the team

• Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and script adherence

• Drive team discipline, talk times, and productivity

• Run effective sales incentives and build team spirit

• Liaise with sales support to boost performance

What You Bring

• Minimum NQF 4: Grade 12; relevant tertiary qualification a plus

• 3+ years in an outbound call centre sales environment

• Proven track record in short-term insurance sales

• At least 6 months’ experience in a supervisory role

• Strong admin, attention to detail, and time management skills

• Resilient, self-motivated, and customer-focused

• Regulatory Exam Certificate (RE5) and industry qualifications advantageous
