POSITION INFO:

Job Title: Junior Sales Executive – Pre-Owned Vehicles

Location: Brackenfell, Cape Town

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a driven and experienced Junior Sales Executive to join a pre-owned vehicle dealership in Brackenfell.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional with a strong understanding of the pre-owned vehicle market and a proven ability to consistently achieve sales targets.

Key Requirements

2–3 years’ proven experience selling pre-owned vehicles
Demonstrated track record in vehicle sales
Ability to consistently sell a minimum of 5 vehicles per month
Strong knowledge and understanding of the pre-owned vehicle sales process
Excellent communication, negotiation and customer-service skills
Target-driven, motivated and results-oriented
Professional appearance and approach
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dealership environment

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable pre-owned vehicles
Negotiate and close vehicle sales
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Follow up with prospective and existing customers
Maintain accurate sales and customer records
Deliver a professional customer experience from enquiry through to delivery

Working Hours

Monday – Friday: 08:00 – 17:30

Saturday: 09:00 – 13:00

Public Holidays: 09:00 – 13:00

Saturday Off: 1 Saturday off per month

Salary & Commission

Basic Salary: R8 934.47 per month

Plus: Commission and bonus structure
