SUMMARY:
A well-established group is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Reporting Accountant to join their finance team. This position plays a key role in preparing group management accounts, financial reports, and client-specific reporting. The successful candidate will support accurate and timely financial reporting while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.

POSITION INFO:

Assist in compiling monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts
Prepare and reconcile financial data for internal reporting
Analyze and report on client-specific financial data
Support preparation of customized reports for client presentations
Update and maintain data for BBBEE reporting and verification
Assist with audits and prepare supporting documentation
Maintain and update the client contract database
Support process improvements and ad hoc financial analysis

Skills & Experience:
Experience in financial reporting or management accounting (advantageous)
Proficiency in financial software (e.g., Navision)
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
Excellent organizational and time management skills

Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
