POSITION INFO:

Manage the full audit process for a range of clients across various industries
Plan, lead, and execute audits in line with regulatory standards and firm methodologies
Review audit files, financial statements, and working papers for accuracy and compliance
Mentor, coach, and review the work of junior team members
Build strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the audit cycle
Stay updated on audit, tax, and financial reporting developments to ensure best practice delivery
Contribute to process improvement and uphold quality standards across engagements

What We’re Looking For:
CA(SA) or equivalent qualification
Minimum 2–3 years post-articles experience in an audit firm
Proven leadership and team management skills
Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and auditing standards
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational abilities
Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines
