POSITION INFO:

What you'll be doing

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with retail customers across the Western Cape
- Growing existing customer accounts while identifying new business opportunities
- Visiting stores regularly to strengthen relationships and support sales growth
- Presenting new products, promotions and commercial opportunities to customers
- Training retail staff on product features and benefits
- Monitoring merchandising standards and ensuring strong in-store brand presence
- Working closely with supply chain teams to ensure product availability
- Analysing sales performance and identifying opportunities to increase market share
- Managing your territory with an entrepreneurial mindset

We're looking for someone who has

- Experience in internal sales, external sales, retail, merchandising, customer service, account support or commercial operations
- A genuine passion for building relationships and delivering excellent customer service
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- A commercial mindset with the confidence to identify opportunities and solve problems
- The ambition to build a long-term career in sales and account management
- An interest in sport, fitness, outdoor or consumer lifestyle brands would be advantageous
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce or a related field will be advantageous, although relevant commercial experience will also be considered
- A valid driver's licence and your own reliable vehicle
