SUMMARY:
Are you a newly qualified CA(SA) looking to move into an investment-focused role and build your career within financial services?

My clients are always looking for ambitious finance professionals who are interested in investments, financial analysis and using their technical accounting background in a more commercially focused environment.

POSITION INFO:
This type of opportunity can suit a newly qualified CA(SA) who is looking to gain exposure to investment analysis, financial modelling and broader investment decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Perform financial and investment analysis to support investment-related decisions.
Analyze financial statements, company performance and relevant financial information.
Assist with financial modelling, valuations and investment analysis.
Research investment opportunities, industries and market trends.
Prepare reports, presentations and analysis for senior stakeholders.
Monitor and analyze investment performance and financial results.
Support due diligence and other investment-related projects.

Job Experience and Skills Required

Newly qualified CA(SA).
Relevant articles experience, preferably with exposure to financial services, investments, valuations, transaction advisory or related areas.
Strong financial analysis and accounting knowledge.
Experience with financial modelling and Excel.
Strong analytical and numerical ability.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong communication and report-writing skills.
Genuine interest in investments and financial markets.
