SUMMARY:
As a Junior Internal Sales Representative at a well-established manufacturing company in Wadeville, your primary role is to support the sales team in meeting its targets. You will collaborate closely with sales personnel, customers, and various internal departments to ensure efficient sales processes and a high level of customer satisfaction. This is an entry-level position offering strong potential for growth and career advancement within the organization.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:

Support the sales team in generating leads and identifying potential customers.
Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities.
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate product information.
Prepare and distribute sales quotations and invoices.
Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery.
Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify potential upselling opportunities.

Requirements:

Minimum Grade 12 and proficient in MS Office.
Familiarity with Syspro Software is a bonus.
MUST be fluent in both Afrikaans and English.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
