Position: Junior Technical Sales Representative
Location: Germiston / Alberton / Vaal Triangle
Start Date: As soon as possible

A leading industrial solutions company is looking for a motivated and technically minded Junior Technical Sales Representative to join their Johannesburg team.

This role is ideal for a recently qualified Electrician or Engineering Graduate (University or Technical College) who has a strong technical aptitude and is eager to develop a successful career in sales.

Minimum Requirements:

• N6 / National Diploma / BTech / Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or Trade-Tested Electrician
• 0–2 years working experience (graduates or entry-level candidates welcome)
• Strong technical understanding with an interest in industrial or electrical systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to learn
• Must reside in or near Germiston, Alberton, or Vaal
• Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and product advice to customers
• Assist the senior sales team with quotations, proposals, and client visits
• Build product knowledge and learn to identify customer needs and solutions
• Support day-to-day internal sales operations and client communication
• Develop an understanding of pricing, margins, and customer management
• Grow into a full sales representative role over time with mentorship and training
