As the Junior Financial Manager, you will oversee the financial management of four entities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, treasury management, group consolidations and inventory analysis. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Manage treasury, cash flow and working capital requirements.
• Perform group consolidations across four entities.
• Conduct detailed inventory analysis and stock reconciliations.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts and variance analysis.
• Ensure IFRS compliance and statutory reporting.
• Support annual audits and liaise with external auditors.
• Drive financial controls, governance and process improvements.
• Partner with operational teams to improve profitability and financial performance.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• CA(SA) qualification (Non-negotiable).

• Minimum 8 years' post-articles finance experience.
• Proven experience within the coal mining industry.
• Strong background in financial reporting, treasury and group consolidations.
• Experience managing multiple legal entities.
• Exposure to inventory analysis within a mining environment.
