POSITION INFO:
Company and Job Description:
Join a dynamic and growing property finance environment where you will play a key part in supporting financial operations across a diverse property portfolio. You will work closely with senior finance professionals, gaining exposure to financial reporting, property and lease management, compliance, payroll collaboration, and investor-related financial activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Compile monthly and quarterly management accounts with property-specific insights
Maintain the fixed asset register
Support audit preparation and compilation of IFRS-compliant financial statements
Prepare cash flow forecasts and monitor rental income and expenses
Track lease agreements, rental escalations, and utility recoveries
Ensure VAT, CIPC, tax and insurance compliance
Support payroll reviews and reconciliations
Perform bank and GL reconciliations
Support investor reporting and inter-company recoveries

Job Experience and Skills Required:
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting (BCom preferred)
Completed or in-progress SAICA/SAIPA articles

Experience:

1–3 years’ finance or accounting experience
Property management finance experience beneficial

Skills:

Strong understanding of IFRS and South African tax
Excel and financial modelling proficiency
Experience with QuickBooks or Xero advantageous
Strong analytical ability and attention to detail
