Junior Compliance Administrator (Internship)

Company Overview: The Virtual Compliance Monitoring Hub focuses on ensuring quality and consistency through non-client-facing compliance support.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform remote monitoring on client files
Review documentation for compliance
Sample and review call recordings
Record findings in structured reports
Support reporting and administration tasks
Update monitoring results in internal systems
Compile summary reports with accurate detail
Provide operational support and assist in general office tasks
Ensure adherence to internal deadlines and compliance schedules

Required Qualifications: Bachelor of Laws (LLB), BCom (Business Finance), BCom (Business Management), BCom (Financial Management), BCom (Investment Management)
Key Skills: Remote compliance monitoring, Document administration, Report-writing, High level of PC Proficiency, Structured Approach, Excellent Verbal, Written and Electronic Communication Skills.
