POSITION INFO:
A well-established multinational organisation is looking for a Junior Bookkeeper to join its finance team. This role will provide broad exposure to day-to-day transactional accounting while working closely with internal departments, suppliers, clients and international finance teams.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Process supplier invoices and match invoices to purchase orders
Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions
Issue customer statements and assist with collections
Post daily and monthly General Ledger journals
Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations
Assist with month-end financial close procedures
Prepare basic balance sheet and P&L schedules
Assist with financial reporting and data extracts
Use Excel and Google Sheets for reporting and analysis

Qualifications & Skills:

Relevant Accounting, Finance or Bookkeeping qualification
1–2 years' relevant accounting/bookkeeping experience
Exposure to AP, AR and General Ledger functions
Basic understanding of reconciliations and financial reporting
